Late cancellations and missed appointments: In case you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, or you miss your appointment, I am usually unable to fill that appointment slot.
If you know you will be unable to make your appointment please contact me as soon as possible. I’d be happy to rebook it when it is suitable for you.
In Mayfair a 48-hour notice is required. In Chiswick a 24-hour notice is required.
Please note the full fee is charged for late cancellations and missed appointments unless adequate notice is given.
Of course, I do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will
be considered on an individual basis.
