DEEP TISSUE MYOFASCIAL RELEASE MASSAGE
A RELAXING THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
This is a full-body relaxing deep tissue myofascial release massage that aims at calming and balancing the nervous system while manipulations of the deep layers of muscles and connective tissues (fascia) release chronic tensions.
Slow deep strokes and heat help to penetrate deep fascia layers and to relieve your aches and pains.
Focused and sustained slow pressure is used for releasing specific muscle knots and fascial adhesions.
The massage is based on the precise knowledge of anatomy and characterised by slow deep strokes along fascial lines.
Your therapist adjusts the pressure to suit your needs so that it is enjoyable while remaining deep enough to be effective.
The massage is given with a premium warm oil (jojoba, sweet almond, apricot kernel, grapeseed) selected according to your skin type.
Your massage experience is elevated with essential oils (lavender, sweet orange, peppermint eucalyptus…) for relieving stress, promoting deep relaxation and soothing inflammation.
The receiver lies on a warm high-quality massage table with thick cushioning, and is covered by premium soft fluffy towels.
