WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION
At the beginning of the session we discuss your specific needs and observe your postural habits, walking gait and movements;
All sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs;
The aim is that you find easy and comfortable ways of standing, walking, working and moving your body in your day-to-day activities;
Together we practice movements that allow you to express your full potential;
The foundation of my work is based on the precise knowledge of postural alignment, anatomy and yoga.
WHAT YOU SHOULD WEAR
You should wear comfortable clothes, avoid tight clothes that restrict movements.

Two people: £80 (£40 per person)
Three people: £90 (£30 per person)
